This used to mean “Email Marketing”
But now it’s so much more.
With the surge in Social Media popularity, there are a lot more ways to keep in touch with your customers. And your prospects, subscribers, hopefuls, casual acquaintances, past customers…
Come to think of it, just about any type of business relationship can be enhanced with the Holy Grail of business development…
And if you’re not doing it religiously, you’re leaving SO many dollars on the table.
Because it’s a fact that most people prefer several contacts with a person or a company before they’re willing to consider them part of their “Inner Circle”.
Especially if you’re selling any kind of product or service, you’ve probably heard the common wisdom that says it takes an average of 7 points of contact to build your prospect’s familiarity and confidence with you to the point that they’ll consider buying from you. If you think about it, you’ll probably recognize that’s true almost everywhere.
Here’s the thing…
All of those contacts don’t have to be a personal visit or an in-person phone call.
In fact, for many of them an email (or Facebook update, Twitter ‘tweet’ or SMS message on their phone) is more than enough to trigger that feeling of recognition. And to prompt an action from your reader BECAUSE they feel safe that no salesman will call!
But there’s a problem with that, isn’t there?
How do you put everything you want in an email… make it long enough to get the message across, but short enough to get read… and get people to open it?
Or get it through the spam filters, and still inspire action with a simple little note? (Plus, if you’re using Twitter, the challenge is even bigger… when you have to fit everything into only 140 characters or less!)
No problem, I’ve got you covered.
Because I think of auto-responder communication a little differently. It’s like a precision salesletter (and you know how much I love a good salesletter)
You’re right, there’s an art and a structure to writing a strong autoresponder series. One that gets opened… gets read… and gets clicked.
The beauty of the whole thing is that once we create a strong series for you, it becomes your tireless automatic salesperson. Generating sales for your business — or training, customer service, goodwill and customer re-activations — almost completely hands-off.
It’s like being there without… being there.
Usually, your customers will love to hear from you again.
Probably more often than you might think.
And I’ll bet… probably WAY more often than you’re contacting them now.
So let’s get you up to speed with an electronic conversation with your best prospects.
That’s how you turn them into repeat customers.
All it takes is a click, right here…
P.S. – You may be wondering “Can you really sell things with email?” Sure can…
in fact, for some companies that’s their main source of revenue.
